Baby Justice

Baby Justice has found his eternal home. His mother is a Zuni Indian, she hasn't lived on the Pueblo, but the tribe has come forward to claim him. So, neighbors of the park where he was found held a candle lighting service for him today and he will be buried on the Zuni Pueblo tomorrow. I think it's a fitting ending to a sad story.

Thanks for the update, this is really a sad and disturbing story. It reminds me of the famous story in Boston where a woman was murdered in a resedential street where over 20 witnesses watched and no one called police, for over an hour. People who knew of the situation are guilty of negligence resulting in a death. People who know she no longer had the boy and asked her and did not call police are guilty of negligence after the fact. All of these are prosticutionable crimes but that is up to the DA. I have not heard about this on the national news, seems a mother killer her son is not as news worthy as some of the mondane things we see every day in the news. I agree our society is going to hell in a handbasket and nobody seems to really care all that much. I have trouble feeling sorry for the family as they played a part in this because they did nothing to fix when it had gotten to that point.
